Biebl™ 1,3-Propanediol features two hydroxyl groups (-OH) that form strong hydrogen bonds with water molecules, creating a 'moisture-locking barrier.' Its small molecular weight enables deep penetration into the skin's stratum corneum, delivering long-lasting hydration at the cellular level.

Biebl™ 1,3-Propanediol disrupts microbial cell membrane permeability, inhibiting bacterial activity.
